Booking Process
(it’s similar to what AirBnB does)
Submit the booking form. It will go to my email.
I will check my calendar to confirm the dates and will email you back. Please double check your email and/or phone number before submitting.
If I have room, I will lock your room for 24 hours and I will email you an invoice with a total price and a deposit request (1 night stay) thru Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
After I receive your deposit, I’ll send you a confirmation email and will save your room for you. Please read the cancellation policy here.
If you do not receive an email from me after you pay your deposit,
call me.

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and checks are easier—and there’s no extra fee for both of us.
If you’d rather use a card, you’re welcome to book through Airbnb, VRBO, Hipcamp, or GlampingHub.
If you book with any of those websites, you will have to manage your bookings through it. Don’t hesitate to drop me a line if you have questions.
In case you’re curious, I also manage everything the old-fashioned way and use a paper calendar.

In the past, I accepted full payment after arrival at the property by cash or check. I no longer do this.
I’ve had guests make reservations months in advance with no deposit, then cancel at the last minute. I’ve also had guests leave without paying the price we agreed on. -
Yes, you are welcome to change your reservation date. Scroll down to the “got questions?" form below or send me an email and I will be in touch.

Yes, here’s our cancellation policy.
If you cancel more than 1 month before, you get a full 100% refund. No Questions asked.
If you cancel between 30 days and 14 days before your arrival date, you get a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 13 days or less, you get no refund.
